Summary

We present a 16-year-old female with pulmonary hypertension due to multiple pulmonary artery obstructions and stenoses. Juvenile hypertension was complicated by 75% stenosis of the left renal artery. Similar pulmonary angiographic findings one year later and no sign of inflammation in the following year suggest that this condition is congenital in origin.
